Is my data safe?

Yes, totally, we use the same encryption that banks use to store their data. No one can access the data without the key used to encrypt the data in the first place. You set the key, so you are the only one who can gain access to it.

I have a few companies on my Sage accounting system, do I pay for each company?

No. You pay for the backing up of data for your Sage system, no matter how many companies you have on it.

How easy is it to set-up?

We can help you set-up the system, either by phone or for those who wish to stick to email, that is fine too.

Other companies sell in GBs and MBs, why don't you?

Solutions11 likes to keep things very simple. We believe in simplicity, which is why you won't hear us talking about GBs or MBs, just products, like Sage or Quickbooks.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is banked with us in our London data centre. Fully secure we deploy the highest level of security. All access is restricted by Iris recognition, only training system operators have access to the data storage area. Our servers are replicated in real time to another data centre, this gives us the best possible security over a terrorist attack in London, your data is in two different locations.

Do you backup our backups?

Yes, our entire server farm and data storage systems are replicated in real time to another datacentre. In fact the connectivity between the two datacentre sites is over private fibre, so the data never crosses the Internet once we have it secured in our vault.

Can your staff see my files?

No, only the person with the key can see the files. We don't store the key on our system. The only people to know the key is the person who set the key in the first place.

What happens if I forget my key?

You will have to perform another backup set. Data can only be recovered by the original key.

My PC crashed, how do I restore my data?

All you need to do is re-install the PC operating system, load the software required to run and install Solutions11 Backup Pro. Once Solutions11 Backup Pro is installed you can now restore the last backup. We also offer a Web Based download facility if required. You will still need the original key to access the files.

Can I get help when my data needs to be re-stored?

Yes, Solutions11 offers remote help by phone and email when the time comes to re-install your data.

I thought when I backed up Sage that was good enough?

When Sages asks you for a backup, it places the backup in the same location as the original files. If you lose the PC it is no good having the backup in the same place as the original file, all is still lost.

How can I tell if the backup is working?

You have two options here, firstly you will receive an email report stating the backup, the files backed up and the size of the backup. The other way is to view the Solutions11 Backup Pro software on your desktop, that will show you the current status of the backup.

What happens if I my PC crashes, how will I get my data back?

The Solutions11 Backup Pro software is only there to move the data to our storage bank. Before it does that you set a key and it encrypts the data. The software is then uploaded to our secure server suite and replicated in real time. You don't need the original Solutions11 Backup Pro software to restore the files. A new installation can be used and all you need is the original key. This can be done on a new PC or even a temporary PC.
